 Christina Jordan is the Co-Founder & Chief Visionary of Safeway Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth in underserved communities and supporting individuals with disabilities. A professional tennis and pickleball player, Christina brings the same drive and discipline from sports into her nonprofit leadership.

Christina  holds a degree in Psychology and is a certified life coach, using her expertise to mentor and inspire others. Christina has been recognized with awards such as “Most Influential Women of 2025”, reflecting her impact and dedication to creating opportunities that foster growth, resilience, and leadership. Her ultimate goal is to develop the next generation of leaders, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or ability, has the chance to thrive.

 Anisha Jordan is the Co-Founder & President of Safeway Community Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth and adults, particularly those with disabilities. 

With a double master's degree in Special Education and Autism, she is a passionate advocate for autism awareness and inclusion. As a current special education teacher, Anisha uses her expertise to create supportive environments for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the tools and resources necessary for success throughout their school years and into adulthood. Known for her big heart, Anisha is deeply committed to helping others, empowering people with disabilities to lead fulfilling and successful lives. 

Gia Saint serves as the Program Lead / Executive Director of Programs, where she oversees the planning and coordination of all organizational programs and events. She also manages the organization’s social media presence and designs promotional materials, including flyers and graphics, to support community outreach and engagement. 

With a degree pathway in Psychology she brings a strong understanding of community connection and communication to her work. With experience in public relations, graphic design, media development, and digital content creation, she plays a key role in ensuring programs are effectively promoted and accessible to the communities served. Her creativity, organization, and dedication help strengthen the organization’s outreach and impact.

Malitta Monea serves as the Deputy/Associate Director, supporting the Outreach and Safetrak programs while helping oversee the organization’s programs and departments. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and has experience as a psychiatric technician, working closely with individuals with mental and developmental disabilities.

Malitta is also the author of Note to Self Journaling, a tool designed to help individuals heal and reflect through guided journaling. She is a passionate mental health advocate dedicated to supporting and empowering diverse communities.
